Peak Performance Therapy is contracted with Medicare, Medicaid, Workman's Compensation, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Town of Telluride, Telluride Ski and Golf, and CIGNA. There may be other insurance companies that have in network status with Peak Performance Therapy as well. Please call our office at 970.728.1888 for details.

We also bill out-of-network providers as a courtesy to our patients.
