Mark Campbell, PT, MSPT, OCS, CMPT

Mark Campbell, PT, MSPT, OCS, CMPT earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Mark is a Board certified specialist in Orthopaedics. He holds a Certificate of Manual Physical Therapist through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. Mark's areas of specialization include Spine evaluation and treatment, vestibular disorders, foot and ankle disorders, pre and postoperative care, orthotics fabrication, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and trigger point dry needling. He began working with patients in Ladakh, India in 2007 in conjunction with the Dzi Foundation and REWA. In 2015, he instructed courses in Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapy and treated patients at the Danang Orthopaedic Hospital in Vietnam.

Mark is the Owner and President of Peak Performance Therapy and has been working in the Telluride area since 1998. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking, triathlon, skiing, and gardening.


Jennifer McParland, PT

Jennifer McParland, PT received her degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In her career, she has been a clinician, outpatient clinic manager and an inpatient rehabilitation program director. Making a move to Colorado for all that Telluride offers in lifestyle and outdoor sports, she brings with her experience in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine Fellowship, Manual Therapy, and Spinal Cord Injury/Disease. She is an avid athlete who enjoys biking (velodrome, road and mountain), skiing, hiking, ice hockey and kayaking. Jennifer is a passionate therapist who thrives on her clients to achieving more than they think possible.


Sarah Williams, PT, DPT

Sarah Williams, PT, DPT

Sarah Williams, PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from High Point University in North Carolina. As a competitive athlete, who was born and raised in Arizona, she has always had a desire for optimizing human performance. Sarah is passionate about injury prevention education, improving biomechanics and restoring function through rehabilitation and performance training. Her clinical experiences transcend the spectrum of care from day one post-operative care to home health care to return to sport rehabilitation. Most importantly, Sarah is dedicated to helping individuals return to participating in their passions without limitations through patient-centered care.

Sarah was drawn to Telluride for the community and all the San Juan Mountains have to offer. She is an avid skier, runner, hiker and rock climber who loves to explore whenever she gets the opportunity.
